5 CHEESE PIZZA

Placing an order online was super easy. I decided to try the 5 cheese. Arrived for pickup and received my pizza right on time. I even got a free sample! Ate it right away. Crust was thin in the middle with wonderfully sized edges, all in a beautiful presentation. Dough is crispy yet still gives that doughy chew we love in a good pizza. Really excited to have another great pizza option and to be able to support a small business. Definitely recommend you try!

Holy ****
No joke, the bells at St Vincent’s started ringing when we opened the box and it just got better from there. I’m not usually a fan of white pizza but Dough Bottega converted me!
As cheesemongers, we had to try the 5 Cheese and it did not disappoint. Each cheese was layered with just the right amount and the pickled onions set the whole thing off. Hallelujah!

We love Napoli and Bambino's pizza, but when we want a special pizza night, we turn to Chef Angel to create his gourmet pizza for us. Light crusts, with unique combinations of ingredients, are delicious, and just the right size for two to three people to share. We usually order two pies to share with friends on the deck. With a glass of wine, salad, and a beautiful sunset, Chef Angel's pizzas make for a perfect party.

Loved the way these cheeses all melded together into a flavor profile greater than the sum of its parts, only to have one of them occasionally emerge to take a tasty little solo turn. Yum!!

I had family visiting for the holidays, including a New Yorker. They absolutely loved the Five Cheese pizza and Spinach & Artichoke pizza!
