I had no time, so I ordered the celebration for an open house. I had a strange pick up time, but Angel and Jenn accommodated it! They met me at the car and I drove away with my pizza, utensils, napkins, and a convenient carry bag.
At my party, The pizza was a hit! Several people had heard of Dough Bottega, but none of them had ordered. Every single slice was gone by the end of the day. Rave reviews for everything from the fig and prosciutto to the supreme. Make your party easy, order the celebration!

I had the seasonal prosciutto and fig pizza and it was absolutely perfect. Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, everything was just fantastic.
After hearing so many positive reviews, I finally had the opportunity to try Dough Bottega yesterday, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh, tasting as though they had come straight from the farmers market that very day (which is very possible). My wife and I shared the Aloha and the Sausage & Jalapeño pizzas, and both were outstanding. The Aloha was a perfect balance of flavors and easily exceeded my expectations, especially since I am not typically a fan of Hawaiian-style pizza. The Sausage & Jalapeño pizza was equally impressive, with a bright, tangy spice that gradually built with each bite.We also appreciated the excellent service. Jen was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to bring our order down to us, which added a personal touch to the experience. I am already looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu. If you are looking for fresh, artisanal pizza made with high-quality ingredients, I highly recommend Dough Bottega.
We love Dough Bottega's sausage jalapeño pizza! Just the right spice with a pint of beer or glass of margarita! Fresh ingredients and thin crusts!

I honestly think this may be some of the best pizza I have ever had. And I do NOT say that lightly. My mother grew up in Brooklyn, and most of my family still lives there, so I grew up with a pretty high standard for pizza. I am extremely picky about it, and Dough Bottega absolutely blew me away.
We ordered the Fig & Prosciutto and Italian Sausage pizzas, and both were phenomenal. The crust was incredible, the ingredients were fresh and perfectly balanced, and every bite was full of flavor. The Fig & Prosciutto was such an amazing combination of sweet and savory. And the Italian sausage… WOW. My grandma would have been proud of that sausage. It was SO delicious!
There is something really special about this pizza. It doesn't taste mass produced or like just another pizza place. You can taste the care that goes into the dough, the ingredients, and the combinations of flavors.
We are already planning our next order because now I want to try EVERYTHING on the menu!
If you love pizza, you absolutely need to try Dough Bottega. This is a little Vallejo gem, and I am so happy we found it. Hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had.
As a lover of pizza, this is freaking amazing! We bought the Fig and Prosciutto and Sausage and Jalapeno! Both were outstanding! Locally sourced ingredients makes it even better! The customer service was superb! Overall a great experience that we look forward to many times in the future!

Delicious pizza - super service! Fot two pizzas (suprema & 5 cheese) and both were great! Asked to have them half-baked as I was taking them to family out of town and they were fantastic about it!

Best “Hawaiian pizza” I’ve ever had ! The combination of sweet pineapple , savory prosciutto, tangy pickled red onions , and fresh micro greens made the pizza absolutely delicious !
