Ditto what Monique said! I just moved back to the area as well. The pizza is sauced just right, the cheese blend very flavorful, and the crust is perfectly chewy. Jen brought the pizza down right on time in an insulated bag to keep it warm. Thank you!
We used Dough Bottega to cater a party we had. They delivered 16+ steaming hot delicious pizzas to our doorstep on time. They offered to provide, plates, napkins and even left the warming bags over night to keep the pizzas hot for our guest. Clear communication, punctuality and delicious food. We will be back!
This has quickly become one of our favorites, with a perfect balance of artichoke, spinach, and garlic. It’s like artichoke dip as a pizza!
I’m not even a fan of pineapple, but I decided to give this one a shot—and wow, I’m glad I did. The sweetness of the pineapple with the crunch of pickled onions was such a perfect combo, and the microgreens really tied it all together. The owners nailed it with this genius pizza creation, and it pairs beautifully with a glass of wine. 🍷🍍✨

I came to Vallejo to visit family from Denver. My sister lives in the neighborhood. This is the best pizza ever 😋 The Aloha and Nutella pizza. I will be eating this everytime I visit Vallejo.
Truffle Rustica is one of my favorites due its richness in flavors! I could taste the sweetness of every vegetable due to the freshness of each one. The blend of cheeses go well with the veggies. As Jen would say, “Chef Angel did it again!” I agree with her.
So much fun to eat! The chewiness of the dough complements the sweetness of bananas and Nutella. The outer dough is dusted with cocoa and powdered sugar. I loved it and cannot wait to
eat it again!
