Dough Bottega is a wonderful addition to the Vallejo food scene. They have a niche product that demonstrates the value of fresh, quality ingredients. I am always happy to support local establishments and I will be a repeat customer.
I've been living in Vallejo for six years. I have tried just about every pizzeria in town searching for a good pizza. I finally narrowed it down to a certain pizzeria. I thought it was a good pizza. Recently, my wife told me about Dough Bottega that she saw online. I decided to give it a try. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever eaten in Vallejo. One thing for sure I will be a returning customer. Give this pizzeria a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
We have the pleasure of taste testing DB’s first seasonal flavor. A delicious combination of fresh figs, prosciutto and micro greens. It was lovely. Delicious and perfectly balanced flavors. The crust was excellent. This is our new favorite.
