The first thing I tend to notice about any meal I go out for is freshness. In look, smell and taste. And the prosciutto pizza had it all. I had to have a slice before I got home and my goodness was it worth it. Fresh, hot and delicious. The prosciutto was plentiful and amazing. The meat to sauce to dough ratio was perfect. Thank you for the amazing experience and I can't wait for my next trip!
Chef Angel and Jen have another winner here! The sweet and smoky prosciutto is a wonderful contrast to the sweet tartness of the persimmon. As always, the crust is thin and chewy - true New York style - and the micro greens give a perfect complementary freshness.
We love the Pepperoni Pizza! Our grandboys especially love it. Their favorite!
So glad I finally got to try the seasonal persimmon and prosciutto pizza—it was a hit with friends who shared it. This was a refreshingly different offering from what’s available at most pizza restaurants. The featured toppings complemented each other and meshed perfectly with the cheese. The Dough Bottega dough was delicious and unexpectedly light, in a good way. I’ll be back!

This was the first time we tried Dough Bottega and we will be back again for sure. The crust had a great chew to it and the pizza was very enjoyable.
Nothing is better than finishing up the workweek and picking up a pizza from Angel and Jen! The aroma of the Italian sausage filled the car as I drove home. It's a great white pizza concoction, with the savory sausage and spinach contrasting with the crunch and zip of the jalapeños. I may try it with the red sauce next time!

I had no time, so I ordered the celebration for an open house. I had a strange pick up time, but Angel and Jenn accommodated it! They met me at the car and I drove away with my pizza, utensils, napkins, and a convenient carry bag.
At my party, The pizza was a hit! Several people had heard of Dough Bottega, but none of them had ordered. Every single slice was gone by the end of the day. Rave reviews for everything from the fig and prosciutto to the supreme. Make your party easy, order the celebration!

After hearing so many positive reviews, I finally had the opportunity to try Dough Bottega yesterday, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The ingredients were exceptionally fresh, tasting as though they had come straight from the farmers market that very day (which is very possible). My wife and I shared the Aloha and the Sausage & Jalapeño pizzas, and both were outstanding. The Aloha was a perfect balance of flavors and easily exceeded my expectations, especially since I am not typically a fan of Hawaiian-style pizza. The Sausage & Jalapeño pizza was equally impressive, with a bright, tangy spice that gradually built with each bite.We also appreciated the excellent service. Jen was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to bring our order down to us, which added a personal touch to the experience. I am already looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu. If you are looking for fresh, artisanal pizza made with high-quality ingredients, I highly recommend Dough Bottega.
