I love this Persimmon & Prosciutto Pizza so much! The savoriness of cheeses and prosciutto blends well with the sweetness of persimmon—so very pleasing to the palate! I love how it’s topped with microgreens! What a great combination! I will be back for more.

I love all of Dough Bottega's offerings! This seasonal Persimmon and Procuitto was an absolutely perfect pairing though. Their pizzas are always a treat.

A touch of salt with a touch of sweetness!

We tried the new seasonal pizza persimmons and prosciutto along with our favorites, pepperoni, and five cheeses! Perfect combination to watch the World Series on TV! The crowd loved them all. Persimmon & prosciutto had a sweet taste to match the saltiness! Just the right balance! Thank you!

ALOHA PIZZA

BEST pizza I have had in years!

OMG, I am so happy I stumbled across them. The pizza was the best I have had in years. My husband and I shared the pepperoni & the prosciutto. They are also the only pizzas where I have eaten ALL of the crust. OMG soooo good! I’m a pizza snob for sure. The ONLY caveat is that it’s pick up only and by the time I got home, the cheese was starting to solidify. Nothing a quick air fryer/oven couldn’t fix. And they are only open 2-days with limited hours. But I’ll take it. I will be a regular moving forward. 🩷

Wonderful pizza!

Ditto what Monique said! I just moved back to the area as well. The pizza is sauced just right, the cheese blend very flavorful, and the crust is perfectly chewy. Jen brought the pizza down right on time in an insulated bag to keep it warm. Thank you!

We used Dough Bottega to cater a party we had. They delivered 16+ steaming hot delicious pizzas to our doorstep on time. They offered to provide, plates, napkins and even left the warming bags over night to keep the pizzas hot for our guest. Clear communication, punctuality and delicious food. We will be back!

Excellent addition to the menu!

This has quickly become one of our favorites, with a perfect balance of artichoke, spinach, and garlic. It’s like artichoke dip as a pizza!

ARTICHOKE SPINACH PIZZA

I’m not even a fan of pineapple, but I decided to give this one a shot—and wow, I’m glad I did. The sweetness of the pineapple with the crunch of pickled onions was such a perfect combo, and the microgreens really tied it all together. The owners nailed it with this genius pizza creation, and it pairs beautifully with a glass of wine. 🍷🍍✨

I came to Vallejo to visit family from Denver. My sister lives in the neighborhood. This is the best pizza ever 😋 The Aloha and Nutella pizza. I will be eating this everytime I visit Vallejo.

VALLEJO ❤️ CHOCOLATE PIZZA

Truffle Rustica is one of my favorites due its richness in flavors! I could taste the sweetness of every vegetable due to the freshness of each one. The blend of cheeses go well with the veggies. As Jen would say, “Chef Angel did it again!” I agree with her.
